Valour Services was founded by two long-term friends, Claudiu and Moses. Having worked together for over a decade across multiple roles and projects, they shared a deep mutual desire to create a business that reflected their values. Their primary goal was to build a business that brought value to clients by providing the highest levels of safety and workmanship. Through understanding clients’ needs, utilising quality components, and leveraging the team’s experience, Valour Services strives to ensure that this goal is achieved in every engagement.

Claudiu
Director of Valour Services
Claudiu has a passion for meeting new clients and building relationships. Prior to starting his own business, he spent a decade with one of Australia's biggest construction companies on large - scale electrical projects. He has led and trained teams in both the Level 1 and Level 2 ASP electrical space and worked across residential, commercial, heavy industry, roads, and infrastructure.
Moses
Director of Valour Services
A key focus of Moses is ensuring that workmanship and professionalism are never compromised. He has two decades in the industry working across five States and Territories, encompassing gas, instrumentation, power distribution, petrochem and heavy industry.
Lee
Senior Electrician
Lee believes that transparency and accountability are the two most important professional attributes. He has over three decades of experience in the industry, with 25 of those as a Level 2 ASP electrician.
